CPSC issued a new ban: Children's toys and care products with five kinds of phthalate shall not exceed 0.1%
In October 18, 2017, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) by a vote of 3:2, decided to issue new regulations, children's toys and child care products in particular phthalate two formate (phthalate) content banned more than 0.1%. 180 days after the announcement of the federal Gazette, the new regulations will be officially implemented.

The consumer product safety improvement act defines children's toys as toys made by manufacturers for children under 12 years of age. Child care articles refer to: to promote sleep, children under the age of 3 entertainment, health care, feeding, sucking or teething products.
